Cold Guava is an independent game studio based in Durban, South Africa, founded by Bilal Sayed. We are dedicated to creating high-quality, highly engaging games for players around the world.

2. License to Play

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and play our games for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

• Level 1 and Beyond: This license applies to our current mobile titles on iOS and Android, as well as any future releases on PC, console, or other platforms.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of our games or any part of our Services without our explicit written permission.

3. User Conduct

We build games for everyone, everywhere. To keep our community safe and fun, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the game experience.
• Engage in disruptive behavior, harassment, hate speech, or abuse towards other players or our team.
